How will I receive my subscription discount code?

Not receiving a confirmation after placing your order?

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you are not able to find the confirmation email in your inbox be sure to check your spam/junk folder. If the email is still missing you may have accidentally keyed in a wrong email during your checkout. Email us at info@jewyee.com so we can locate your mail and send it back to you.

 

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Click the tracking number in the email, you will be able to track the progress of your shipment.
